Come to one of the most beautiful valleys of Tyrol, the Stubai Valley, and experience our mountains - the "foothills of the Dolomites" - from all sides. Whether summer or winter, in the Stubai Valley you will find pleasure in the beauty of nature, the many opportunities for movement and relaxation as well as the warm-hearted people. In our house we offer you an exclusive vacation apartment where you will feel comfortable.
In two bedrooms as well as a living room and a separate kitchen you will find space for 2 to 6 people. We offer comprehensive equipment so you won't miss your home.
Winter in the Stubai Valley
Skiing on Stubai Glacier
The famous Stubai Glacier is 15 km away from us and easily reachable by car. There you will find a large ski area for all skill levels.
Other Ski Areas
Another ski area is Schlick2000, which is somewhat more challenging and requires more skill. The Serlesbahnen Mieders are well suited for beginners. The Elfer, on the other hand, is very steep and with few lifts is only suitable for experts.
Sledding
There are several very nicely located toboggan runs. The Elferlifte offer two toboggan runs, one of which passes directly by our house.

The ski bus to all ski areas in the valley stops almost in front of our house: only 30m to the bus stop.

The mountains in the surrounding area offer countless beautiful hiking opportunities. Since we are both very enthusiastic hikers, we are happy to help you plan a mountain tour. There are also great opportunities for climbing and mountaineering with 15 via ferratas.
Excursions
A popular excursion destination is the pilgrimage site "Maria Waldrast". Motorcyclists will also find their place in this beautiful and winding area.

You see, you will find enough opportunities to let off steam.
Quiet
In summer it is somewhat quieter in our valley than in winter. You don't have to be active every day. Simply enjoy the beautiful landscape on a walk.

Vacation Apartment and Prices
Everything there!
Our approximately 90 m² large and rustically furnished vacation apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people (on request also up to 8 people) in 2 bedrooms. The cozy living-dining room has a Swedish stove and new flat TV/DVD. In a separate room is the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. In the bathroom you will find a large corner bathtub and shower. Towels and bed linen as well as washing machine are also available to you, furthermore there are sufficient parking spaces available. In addition, we provide WLAN (WiFi) for free internet access.
House Bar
Our house bar is located in the basement, which you can use after consultation with us.
Prices
The price is 60,- EUR + tourist tax 4,80 EUR per person and day and the final cleaning 50,- EUR. We ask you for a deposit. Prices valid for 2025. Our cancellation fee is 30,- EUR per person and day. The summer card is not included in the price, it is available from the TVB.

Surroundings
Neustift
The nearest village is Neustift im Stubaital and about 2 km away. It is easily reachable by car or on foot and offers all shopping opportunities.
Eating out
The pizzeria "Salute" is 2 min. away and in Neustift you will find other restaurants and cozy inns.
